In order to obtain a marriage license, you must fill out our application. You can download the application here, or email us and we will fax you one or mail it to you. We also have applications at the chapel.

Once you fill it out, we get your license for you and have it at the chapel on the day of your marriage. We have to have the application 24 hours prior to the wedding. There is no blood test, physical, or witnesses required. The only requirement for 18 years or older is to present some form of identification.

In order for 16 and/or 17 year olds to get married, he/she must bring in their original birth certificates, a notorized parental consent form, and a picture ID.

NOTE: Starting January 1, 2007 - All Couples MUST come in person to the courthouse to apply for their marriage licence. You can apply for your licence Monday through Thursday from 8:30am - 4:00pm. A Valid ID is necessary to get your application. We, at Dillon Marriage Chapel will still be able to save you time - by picking up the mairrage certificate once prepared by the courthouse.
