Couples need to come in person to the Dillon Marriage Chapel, 1501 Martin Luther King Blvd.  In order to apply for a marriage license, the couples will need to bring a valid ID. (Driver's license will be fine.)

We get your license for you and have it at the chapel on the day of your marriage. We have to have the application 24 hours prior to the wedding. There is no blood test, physical, or witnesses required. The only requirement for 18 years or older is to present some form of identification.

In order for 16 and/or 17 year olds to get married, he/she must bring in their original birth certificates, a notorized parental consent form, and a picture ID.
